Exploring Alone Into the Darkness and Decay of 2 Abandoned Hospitals【4K】
In today's video, we will take a step back to the early part of 2020, when I explored two abandoned hospitals.
Both were closed sometime in the 1990's, and as you will see, they have not held up well to the passage of time.
I almost passed on exploring one of these hospitals due to the extreme deterioration that looked straight out of a horror movie and the other showing the sad reality of most abandoned places, destruction by people.
This is what you will encounter and need to accept in order to explore and document what remains of these places before they are lost.
Let's step inside and walk through the dark corridors of these hospitals to see what's left.

Searching For More Abandoned and Forgotten Locations on the Backroads!【4K】

What keeps this hobby exciting and why I keep exploring is a fascination with the past and what I might find down that next road. When I started this hobby over 4 years ago, I never imagined how much I would find, the many stories I would hear, and the history that I would learn. Unfortunately, over the past few years, I have also seen many locations disappear or fall into ruin. With these plac...

Just came across your channel. Great cinematography. Jumping topics. The algorithm picked up your channel last year and you had a great run with a few of your videos. How come you didn't or don't upload more?

The algorithm runs in waves, and sometimes, so does the creator. I went extremely hard with my channel for years and probably at times ran myself too much to the brink of burnout, and sometimes it gets difficult to sustain as responsibilities in life change. Life, family, and my full-time job still have to come first, and they can't be neglected. Would I love to do this full time? Of course, but it is my hobby for now and at times is frustrating because I have huge plans and big explores that I want to do, but they sometimes have to wait. The time and cost of planning, traveling, and editing, especially in this niche, is extremely high, and one guy can only do so much. If i could clone myself, I would send him to my job, and I would go flat out on my channel, haha. So it is not by choice if some months are slower I am just doing what I can. Having said that, I have trips coming up, and this summer, I will be filming more, and the video schedule should also increase. I appreciate the support.

Those rail cars flipped and they weren't sure how to get them back up. So they called the U.S. to see if they had any advice. Joe Biden said to just leave them there. It's cheaper than bringing them home and just cover the whole thing up and deny everything in case there are any environmental problems like in Ohio. Biden has been lying and covering stuff up for over 100 years. You could ask him about it but he would just lie about it and deny being any part of it. He would probably say he wasn't even alive. We all know better. We got you figured out Joe and we are tired of the shit!! Canada hasn't asked for his advice since!!!

Im past the point of blame or care and unless you are A MULTI millionaire, or billionaire < (NOTHING BELOW 8,000,000.00). You too shall be just like the rest so please don't take the time nor energy out of YOUR day/lives to spend it on my lil ol opinion....

If there were resources accessibility and affordable for disabled adults like myself living from my wrkng contributions/disability pension (55 per cent below the poverty line and I'm GRATEFUL FOR THIS 🙏🏻 Plus rent geared to income is a divine miracle).... That is a beautiful place imbo, environmentally... Surrounded and like... 'hugged' by Lush greenery, shaded by trees... I know I'm being daft.... But I got the feeling it feels like being tucked into a pocket of the universe by BOTH Mother Nature AND Father Time....

My father was injured in this explosion. Dad was a mere 18 months old and sleeping in his cot when the explosion occurred, aeveralmiles away. He was struck by pieces of metal and glass that blew out his window. His father was in Halifax with his wife and first son working for Harry Falconer McLean who's Dominion Construction was upgreading local rail lines. It's assummed his dad was on one of the trains heading into Halifax just before the explosion occurred and he and others were cautioned against coming any closer, thus he was saved by the caution from Vincent Coleman the railway dispatcher who died in the the subsequent explosion when he stayed on duty to warn others. My grandmother in honour of Coleman's efforts named her next son Vincent and eventually named her youngest sone Coleman in a double salute to the dispatcher. Harry McLean was a bit of a controversial businessman who became known as MrX in Montreal in later years for tossing hands full of $20 bills from is hotel room window to passersby on the streets below. I know my grandfather worked with the company years later around 1930 in the Kenora, (Rat Portage), area of northwest Ontario.

My Dad passed away a little more than 10 years ago now. During his life, he and his close friend Bill Barlee would often travel through thick bush to get to old BC ghost towns in the Kootenay region of British Columbia. Dad loved his trips with Bill and would often tell me stories about the adventures. I remember when i was 11 years old, Dad boost me up to reach a hole in the ceiling of an old dilapidated house near Tulameen in the vicinity of Princeton. It was the attic and i pulled out a slightly fire damaged newspaper. It was the Chicago Sun Times, dated September 1911. Thanks for this great video!
